📦 Orders & Shipping
1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, click "Add to Cart", and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery details and payment information to complete the purchase.
2. How long will delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking updates once your order is dispatched.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499 within India.
4. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order is shipped. You can also track your order under the “My Orders” section after logging into your account.

1. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major payment options including:
- Credit/Debit Cards
- UPI & Wallets
- Net Banking
- Cash on Delivery (COD available on select pin codes)

🔁 Returns & Refunds
1. Can I return or replace a product?
Yes, we offer returns or replacements in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Expired or damaged items
- Manufacturing defect

2. How long does a refund take?
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days after product pickup and verification.

1. Are ROSAVERAA products dermatologically tested?
Yes! All our products are dermatologically tested, safe for skin, and made using quality-certified ingredients.
2. Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
We are proud to say that ROSAVERAA products are 100% cruelty-free, and most of our formulations are vegan-friendly.
3. I have sensitive skin. Can I use your products?
Our products are developed for Indian skin types and are generally safe. However, we always recommend doing a patch test before full application.
